Palomino Fino. Single-vineyard Sherry produced from the chalky Macharnudo Alto vineyard. Extended 10 years` ageing for a Fino. Selected and produced from Valdespino bodega. Unfiltered. Very nutty and mature fino. It shows bitter almonds, olive leaf, yeasty character and salty seaweed flavours. Very textured for a fino, displaying a palatable warm alcoholic sensation, very broad and voluminous palate, full body and elegant bitterness at the back palate. Very deep and toasty aftertaste. 17 points
