79% Sauvignon Blanc/ 15% Semillon/6% Muscadelle. 12.98% Alcohol, Yield: 34 hL/ha. The aromatics are pure Sauvigon Blanc: nettle, lemon, gooseberry, like walking through a grassy meadow after a rainshower. Bright acidity with a mid-palate touch of cream and a zesty, energetic finish. (NT 31/05/22)

The 2021 Blanc de Lynch-Bages, which was bottled 10 days prior to my visit, has a delightful bouquet with white peach and light orange pith scents. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, though I just need a little more weight (more Sémillon?) to fill out the finish. 87 points
