Glistening orange-pink. Vibrant, mineral-accented cherry, peach, and honeydew scents, along with orange pith and floral nuances. Stains the palate with juicy red berry, citrus fruit and lavender flavors that show very good depth as well as liveliness. Shows firm tension and dusty mineral character on the long, penetrating finish, which leaves melon and blood orange notes behind. 94 points

Primarily Grenache (63%) with smaller portions of Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle, the 2019 Cotes de Provence Rose Clos Mireille is among the palest of pale rosés, barely blushing with a coppery hue. From a vineyard close to the Mediterranean, it features whiffs of sea breeze, hints of strawberries and citrus, plus a crushed-stone element. It`s medium-bodied and concentrated, almost creamy on the mid-palate, but simultaneously crisp and focused, with a long, refreshing finish. 92 points
