Tasted while still in tank, the 2019 Pouilly-Fumé Predilection has lovely purity and focus on the mid-palate. It’s a little more elegant than the 2018 due to slightly earlier picking. The wine`s appeal is in its caress and its silken texture, but it finishes long with fine line and a lightly salty character. It shows a high level of concentration, fresh acidity and excellent harmony. No wonder the Pabiots put an electric wire around the parcel at the end of August to stop the wild boars from eating the ripe grapes. 92-93 poimts
