Ian d’Agata
Deep gold. Slightly reticent, spicy yellow and green fruit aromas on the nose, with hints of ginger and sage. Then very Sauvignon-y in the mouth with precise passion fruit, fig, sage and banana flavors. Finishes long and very rich, with an impression of building opulence. This contains the declassified Saurint juice and part of the Le Zitelle’s young vines. Aged 11 months in mostly tonneaux and two barriques. 92+ points
