Textbook white Burgundy - aromas of lemon and lime, creamy and refreshing, with a hint of candied lemon complexity. The palate is soft and rounded, with lime-dominated flavours of salted caramel, lemon and a touch of wood-smoke. Excellent, structured Bourgogne, with butterscotch on a long, elegant finish.
