70% Sauvignon Blanc/30% Semillon. Harvest dates 30 August-13 September. Vibrant and floral. Sauvignon Blanc may dominate the blend, but that hardly comes across in the lemon and pear bouquet. Clean, fresh and crisp, with a satisfying finish that doesn`t bite too aggressively. Nice old wood texture to the mouthfeel. (NT 12/04/19)
