Translucent, green-hued straw. Expansive aromas of apricot, pear, honey and white flowers take on a smoky mineral note with air. Fleshy orchard and pit fruit flavors become more energetic with air, picking up notes of candied ginger and fennel on the mid-palate. The floral note repeats on the mineral-driven finish, which shows a suave blend of power and delicacy. 93 points
