My favourite white wine from the shop at the moment, and it`s the best vintage yet. Made on the volcano called Santorini from 80 year old Assyrtiko vines trained into giant bird nest affairs, this wine is properly intense with a rich texture and flavour but underpinned with penetrating acidity and truly volcanic, saline minerality.
