The 2015 Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs is made up of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier, spending 36 months on its lees. Its delicate pink hue hints at the soft red fruit flavours and there is a subtle note of white blossom on the nose. Rich and full on the palate with a toasty sweet praline flavour following luscious raspberry and wild strawberry. (RRS 01/05/2019)
