Olivier Collin`s NV (2013) Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Enfers is rich, ample and beautifully resonant on the palate. Next to the Pierrières, the Enfers is quite a bit more generous and overt. Soft contours and lightly tropical notes are nicely balanced by the wine`s freshness. Vivid and super-expressive, the Enfers is stunning today. The 2013 spent 36 months on the lees.
