Robert Parker
Senejac has been producing high quality wines over recent vintages, and their 2011 is a noteworthy success in this difficult year. It offers a dense ruby/plum color along with abundant notes of black currants, black cherries, earth and licorice. Medium-bodied, rich and well-endowed, this noteworthy sleeper of the vintage represents excellent value. Drink it over the next 5-7 years. 87 points
Neal Martin
The Sénéjac has an attractive nose of bright red fruit with well integrated oak that remains in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with rather sharp tannins. Crisp acidity and it comes across as a little pinched towards the finish. 85-87 points
