Robert Parker
This is an excellent wine from Beaumont, a property sandwiched between the famous appellations of Pauillac and Margaux. Their 2005 has attractive plum, black cherry and blackcurrant fruit dominating the nose along with medium body, soft tannins and a round, juicy mouthfeel. Drinkable now, this wine should continue to offer delicious consumption over the next 4-5 years. 87 points
