The 2021 edition of the Decanter Retailer Awards saw its biggest year to date with a record number of entries. In this highly competitive year, entries hailed from retailers located across the UK, including Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and 23 counties in England.

We are extremely grateful for all the support we have had from our customers this last year; those of you who have been with us for years and those who have found us more recently. You have all helped us emerge as financially healthy as when chaos struck in February last year. Like everybody else, as we watched the queues of people waiting for taxis with their office chair and a monitor under their arm, we had no idea what was going to happen next. What did happen of course was much investment in cardboard boxes and couriers.
