Allen Meadows
A pungent nose of reduction and wood suggests that this should be decanted if you`re going to try a bottle young. There is very good volume and richness but the underlying acidity allows for the medium-bodied flavors to retain fine delineation that continues onto the mouth coating, intense, complex and lingering finish. This succulent effort will also drink well young but should reward 4 to 5 years of bottle age too. 91 points
