Allen Meadows
A background trace of sulfur is sufficiently trifling as to allow the lemon zest, pear and apple aromas to be clearly appreciated. There is good volume and vibrancy to the attractively well-detailed middle weight flavors that display hints of wood and warmth on the otherwise persistent finish. There is plenty of mid-palate fat present that should make this approachable in its youth. 88-91 points
