Not recipe book Merlot, but carefully grown and even more gently shepherded through fermentation and aging. A Merlot for those dreadful old cynics like me who don`t think they like Merlot and a million miles away from Yellow Tail or Gallo Merlots. Dark plummy fruit and silky tannins. (CW 18/02/13)
