Winemaker or Winery tastings and tasting dinners
When possible and winemakers or owners are around, we will hold dedicated
tastings or dinners to show off their wines. Recent guests have included Nathan
Waks of Kilikanoon, Olivier Humbrecht of Zind-Humbrecht, Jay Schuppert of Cuvaison
and Gonzague Lurton of Haut-Bages-Liberal. Dinner hosts have included Paul Draper
of Ridge, Warren Winiarski of Stag`s Leap and Marco Ricasoli Firidolfi of Rocca
di Montegrossi.
Most recently we had the pleasure and privilege of hosting Sandrine
Garbay, who tutored a tasting of 8 vintages of Yquem and 'Y' for us
in April, with wines going back to 1934.
