You'll get to know the character of the main grape varieties and producing countries as well be entertained and enlightened by our tutors. We taste six wines per session.

Using five wines per session, we go deeply into texture, taste, aroma and flavour, including attempting to retrain your brain to access your smell memory bank and teaching you to taste like a pro. A fascinating region, currently in a storm of controversy about its place in the world. It is huge, producing more wine than Australia and has some of the poorest producers in France neighbours to some of the richest wine producers in the world. We will taste a selection of most of Bordeaux' styles across the range - though I can't promise you Lafite! /CW
