Since the 60s, many people's understanding of wine has revolved around grape varieties. This six-week course is devoted to their study. Where do grapes come from? How and when have they travelled? What difference does where they are grown make to their taste? We will taste a range of grape varieties and aim to answer these questions. /CW

Courses held at the Bishopsgate Institute must be booked directly with them. Booking for the Summer term is open. I recommend you join their emailing list to be alerted on the morning the new prospectus is released as wine courses seem to fill rapidly. All other courses may be booked directly with Uncorked Ltd.
