Unless you MC regularly at Fabric or Turnmills you might not have been drinking as much top quality Cognac as you used to, and even then if you hang around with the top rappers you are unlikely to drink much Frapin. Given a sample of Frapin`s XO in LA recently a Mr P Diddy took a big gulp, screwed up his face and exclaimed `no goood, maaan, too smoooth.` So now you know why the Hip-hop crowd gets down with Remy and Courvoisier.

Despite telling you a couple of weeks ago that Friday afternoon tastings were finished for the year, this Friday we`re giving you the chance to find out for yourself just how smooth, complex, rich and mature these Cognacs are and try them with cheese as is done in the region. So come on down, get down and don`t diss your Bboys as they say on the 271.
