We deliver next day to most London & Home Counties postcodes for orders from our Internet Store or Bishopsgate Shop received by 12pm. For delivery times to other areas, please contact the Bishopsgate Shop.

Delivery and transfer charges, per consignment, exclusive of VAT:

Home Counties (Berks, Bucks, Essex, Herts, Kent, Middx, Surrey, Sussex) £12.75 Other UK addresses excluding Highlands and islands £17.00
Evenings between 5:30pm & 8:30pm subject to surcharge, prior arrangement and Business Post coverage
Saturdays before 12pm subject to surcharge and prior arrangement
Same day from our Bishopsgate Shop at cost
Online orders from our Internet Store to England, Wales, Southern & Central Scotland £12.75 (flat rate)
Minimum order value for delivery £30

Returns

Returns due to incorrect/incomplete delivery instructions, or the recipient being unavailable as arranged, are charged at cost. Redelivery is charged at the prevailing delivery rate as above.

Proof of delivery

Proof of delivery is available in Order Tracking under Your Account.

Exports

We can arrange delivery or recommend a reliable freight forwarder for most overseas markets. All goods must be paid for before export. Certain wines may not be sold outside the UK. To order please contact the Bishopsgate Shop.
