Uncorked:

The Dezat land is on some of the whitest, chalkiest in the appellation, which means that the wines can sometimes be a little backward. In the case of the 2010s here however, there is already some give - suppleness if you like - to go with the crisp crunchy Sauvignon fruit and zippy minerality. Classy wines to have with the local - or English goat`s cheese as well as shellfish. Simply deliciously fresh. (CW 21/11/11)
