Another Islay in a sherry butt, and ain`t that grand! This is a smokey, caramelised barbecue of a malt with pork scatchings and burnt oranges thrown in on top of the iodine, seaside and peat. Rich and salty fruity with beautiful balance. (CW 20/03/12)
