Uncorked:

This one is a young Islay prodigy, showing complex already for its age and soft too. Softly peaty and softly sherried with a softly oily texture. Maybe this spirit was born on a rare soft Islay day. Whatever the truth of that, this is a charming rather than aggressive Islay. One for Nabokov perhaps? (CW 20/03/12)
