Uncorked:

At this age, a softer hearted version of the slightly more aggressive dram I`m used to. This is a creamy, milk chocolate walnut whip with extra walnuts. Lightly oily on the palate, this is fresh as well as aged. Subtle and a lingering memory on the palate. A brilliant night cap. (CW 14/12/10)
