Uncorked:

A maritime distillery, this, but situated on the east, North Sea coast, rather than the Irish sea. It has a spicey and citrussy character as well as a muted but clear ginger streak. Mouthwateringly fresh, this is a lovely aperitif dram, though it is equally at home after dinner too. (CW 10/03/10)
