Uncorked:

Sadly closed, this bottling has produced a Malt of aged oak character. A Bourbon cask, it has toasty, raisiny, almost rum like aromas and flavours. This one is a subtle incarnation, packed with complex caramelised apple flavours and has a very long finish. (CW 14/12/10)
