Uncorked:

Some of the barrel notes on this malt remind me more of wine barrel rather than Bourbon, the clove note in particular. In fact spice is the signature scent of this whisky combining beautifully with the malty fruity flavours and the rounded, aged creamy scone character in teh background. A malt of meditation.
