Uncorked:

There isn`t enough notice taken of serious, `sippin` rum. All the buzz is around cocktails. But here is an aged, cask strength rum which is hugely complex, as smooth as the proverbial silk, as deep as the limpid pools of my beloved`s eyes and so decadently full of sweet tropical flavours and fudgy vanilla oak that served over ice it is almost too much pleasure. But not quite too much. Dusk on a tropical beach with the lilt of sexy Samba. (CW 14/09/11)
