Sarah Marsh:

This is an estate wine – this is the part from the top of this sprawling vineyard. Drouhin keep this bit separate and the rest is sold off. This has a very open aroma with plenty of fruit; some Christmas spice and a high note of mandarin. It slips elegantly onto the palate and ripples gently across. It is open, broad, creamy and quite seductive. One can hardly fail to be pleased with this wine. A delicious wine for Clos de vougeot. Fine to fine+. Score 18.25. From 2015.
