Uncorked:

It`s New Zealand`s bad luck that they finally got their production levels up as recession hit. That`s why you`ve seen a plethora of deals and poorly done wines made down to a price. The Crossings has not succumbed to these commercial pressures, choosing instead to keep quality uppermost, not increase yields and stay with that pure NZ Sauvignon Blanc style that is so refreshing and goes so well with south-east Asian and other foods.
