Uncorked:

Possibly the most excited we`ve ever been about a South African wine, this rarely makes it into the shop, as we almost always sell our allocation out by the case. You can see why here. a New World pinot through and through with fresh raspberries on the nose and a spicy palate. Chamonix have actually practiced a fair amount of restraint with the extraction, making this the best Saffa pinot I`ve ever tasted and great value wine. (CC 07/01/2010)
