Uncorked:

35% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Malbec and 11% Petit Verdot. An excellent claret blend and presented in a fairly classic way, with great tannins and a bit of ageing potential. Not bad for an entry level wine. Franschhoek is a little French enclave and makes some of the most exciting wines in the cape. (CW 28/10/10)
