Uncorked:

Lovely crisp, dry white with pear aromas and flavours, good weight in the mouth and drinking beautifully now. This is great with seafood pasta, or fritto misto, (or fish and chips) or a mild blue cheese or pecorino. Yum. (CW 11/08/09)
